Chai latte Shake

For one serving.


  • 2 scoops Vanilla Formula 1 Shake
  • 2 tablespoons Personalized Protein Powder (or more)
  • 1 cup plain soy milk or nonfat milk
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened liquid iced tea concentrate
  • ½ banana
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • A few dashes each: ginger, clove, black pepper
  • 4-5 ice-cubes

Place all igredients in the blender and blend until the ice cubes are completely crushed.
